The beach has a wide strip of sand and is surrounded by beautiful and large palm trees. Fishing boats are anchored in a part of the beach giving a rustic atmosphere the region. The crystalline and choppy water has many stones in the sea which is suitable for surfers. In some quieter stretches you can practice fishing. Goers can rent tents and chairs with vendors working in the region. On site is the Tamar Project, which works with the conservation of sea turtles because the beach is a point of spawning of these animals.
